A short and sweet chapter reveals the newfound courage and power of Peter and John as they begin carrying the torch the is Jesus’ ministry. This is a powerful awakening of the Holy Spirit and this chapter is marking the beginning of a new chapter in salvation not by works, but by the blood of Christ.
Life is too short to never have experienced that unconditional love, mercy, and grace that is offered by the body of christ (being the church). We are designed to worship God in his entirety, but this happiness in the Lord can truly only be experienced when shared with other believers who have also been blessed by transformation of the Holy Spirit through the experience of being forgiven and in turn forgiving or being able to forgive even the worse of transgressions. I hope this inspires you, and allows you to take one more step towards God today.
