In an ideal world we would have much more time to do the things we love. The truth is that love is sacrifice in many ways. Love always ends in satisfaction and fulfillment, but the road to true love is also full of injustices, hardships, and unfairness. In a fallen, sinful world we have to do the best with what we have. No one is perfect, but luckily we serve a perfect God. We follow a perfect role model in Jesus of Nazareth.
In a world two thousand years after the life, death, crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus the letters and narratives of the New Testament are as relevant as ever. So much can be learned from the foundations of Christianity and specifically the Way. Jesus led a movement that leveled the playing field for all races, genders, and cultures. Following Jesus is being FOR unity.
