Dreamland Adventures: Book One: The Healers and the Heart: Chapter Nine: The Nations of the Earth:

As the tension on Earth continued to escalate, the nations became increasingly anxious for updates on the ARC Simulation and the events taking place inside Dreamland. They were particularly interested in any developments related to the Healers and the potential benefits they could bring back to the real world.

Milo received constant requests from leaders and representatives of various nations for updates every five minutes. They wanted to know about the Healers’ progress, any new technologies or discoveries, and any potential threats that could affect the safety of the ARC Simulation or Earth.

Milo did his best to keep up with the requests, but it was a challenging task to manage the intense workload of running the ARC Simulation while also providing frequent updates to the leaders of Earth. He worked long hours, often sacrificing sleep and rest to ensure that he could give accurate and up-to-date information to those who requested it.

Despite the pressure, Milo understood the importance of communication and transparency in times of crisis, and he remained committed to keeping the nations of Earth informed about the progress being made in Dreamland.

Milo took a deep breath and began his update on the progress of the Simulation. He spoke in a calm and measured tone, describing the growth and evolution of the Healer community within Dreamland. He talked about the challenges they faced and how they were overcoming them through their ingenuity and hard work. However, Milo’s update was interrupted by one of the leaders, who demanded to know if there was any cheating or foul play involved.

Milo paused for a moment, knowing that this was a sensitive topic. He had been made aware of a Healer who had tried to cut corners, but he did not want to reveal the identity of the nation responsible. The leaders of the world were outraged, and many of them threatened to withdraw from the project altogether. It seemed like the tensions between nations were about to boil over into a full-blown World War.

Milo remained calm, and he reiterated that he could not reveal the identity of the cheating nation. He reminded the leaders that the purpose of the Simulation was not to create winners and losers as individuals but to study human behavior in a controlled environment. Milo emphasized that the actions of one nation would not impact the final results of the experiment.

Furthermore, Milo reminded the leaders of his long history of leading simulations. He had been alive for hundreds of thousands of human generations and had directed countless experiments. He knew what he was doing, and he was confident that he could handle any situation that arose within the Simulation.

Milo’s words had a calming effect on the leaders, and they eventually backed down from their demands. They agreed to continue supporting the Simulation, and Milo promised to do everything in his power to ensure that the experiment proceeded as planned.

However, Milo knew that the cheating Healer had only made the experiment harder on themselves. The challenges within Dreamland were already significant, and trying to cheat would only make things worse. Milo hoped that the Healer responsible would learn from their mistake and work hard to overcome the challenges they faced.

As he finished his update, Milo reminded the leaders of the importance of the Simulation. He explained that this project had the potential to change the course of human history and that the lessons learned within Dreamland could have a profound impact on the world outside. Milo urged the leaders to continue supporting the project and to have faith in the Healer community within Dreamland.

Milo had traveled through space and time for millions of years, observing countless civilizations rise and fall. But it was during his journey to earth during the time of the dinosaurs that he first felt a spark of hope. The planet was teeming with life, and he saw the potential for a powerful civilization to emerge.

As he watched from his ship, he saw the great beasts roam the earth, and the lush forests and sprawling oceans. He studied the planet’s atmosphere and resources, and saw that it had everything needed to support a thriving civilization. He knew he had to return and watch as the world evolved.

Milo left earth to perform a test for another civilization, but he never forgot about the planet and the potential he had seen there. He continued to monitor the planet over the millions of years, watching as the dinosaurs went extinct and new life emerged.

It was not until he came back millions of years later that he was truly amazed. The world was now conquered by an intelligent civilization, and he was excited to see what they could achieve. He studied their societies, their cultures, and their technologies, and saw that they had come so far since the days of the dinosaurs.

Milo was especially intrigued by a man named Noah, who had survived a cataclysmic flood that had wiped out much of the world’s life. He studied Noah and his family, and saw that they were determined to rebuild their world and make it better than before.

It was then that Milo began planning to bring the ARC from another galaxy to the earth’s moon. It would be the ultimate test for the humans of earth, to see if they were truly worthy of obtaining immortality. He spent thousands of years preparing for the construction of the ARC, carefully selecting the technology and resources needed to create a self-sustaining environment.

And finally, after all those years, the ARC was fully constructed and ready for the humans of earth to take the test. Milo watched from afar, observing as the humans stepped onto the ship and began their journey to the moon. He hoped that they would prove themselves worthy, and that they would be able to create a new, powerful civilization that could rival even his own.

Milo stood before the leaders of the nations of Earth, ready to give his speech. “My fellow humans,” he began. “I come before you today to speak about a topic that has been on my mind for quite some time: money.”

Milo paused for a moment, allowing his words to sink in. “Money, as you know it, is a construct of your society. It is a tool used to control and manipulate the masses. It is the root of all evil, as they say.”

The leaders of Earth shifted uneasily in their seats, sensing the tension in the air. Milo continued. “Money is born out of the fear of famine. You hoard resources, stockpile them for the ‘bad times,’ and then sell them at exorbitant prices to those who need them. It’s a vicious cycle that feeds on the greed of humanity.”

Milo paced back and forth, his eyes darting around the room. “But let me tell you something. In the universe, resources are infinite. There is no need for money, for currency, for the concept of ownership. We share resources freely and equally, for the betterment of all. And it works. We have achieved a level of peace and prosperity that your society can only dream of.”

The leaders of Earth looked at each other, skeptical. Milo could see the doubt in their eyes. “I understand that this may seem like a foreign concept to you,” he continued. “But trust me when I say that it is the way of the universe. And if humanity is to be accepted into the Intergalactic Federation, it is a concept that you must embrace.”

Milo paused once more, taking a deep breath. “I do not say these things to lecture you, but to help you. To guide you. It is my hope that you will see the error of your ways and work towards a more equitable society. One that is not built on the foundation of greed and fear, but on the principles of sharing and cooperation.”

The leaders of Earth sat in silence for a moment, absorbing Milo’s words. Finally, one spoke up. “But how do we get there? How do we change our entire society?”

Milo smiled. “Change is never easy, but it is necessary. It starts with each and every one of you. It starts with a shift in mindset, a willingness to see the world in a different way. It starts with small actions, small changes, that over time will accumulate into something greater. And it starts with a willingness to let go of the old ways and embrace the new.”

The room fell silent once more, as the leaders of Earth contemplated Milo’s words. It was a lot to take in, but Milo knew that they were capable of it. He had seen the potential in humanity, and he knew that they could achieve great things if they put their minds to it.

In the end, it would be up to them. But Milo had hope. And with hope, anything was possible.

Milo addresses the leaders of the nations of earth, reminding them that only one of the twelve Healers needs to successfully complete the test for humanity to be considered worthy of immortality. He explains that the number twelve was chosen because it has historical significance in both western and eastern cultures. Twelve is found in the twelve tribes of Israel, the twelve apostles, the twelve zodiac signs, the twelve Olympian gods, and many other examples throughout human history. Additionally, globally, twelve makes sense because it raises the odds for completion.

Milo then shares that other civilizations across the cosmos have had different approaches to the test and have achieved varying results. Some civilizations have been successful in completing the test, while others have failed. However, Milo feels confident that humanity stands a great chance because of how diverse and adaptable humans have become over the millennia. He notes that humans have evolved to live in nearly every environment on Earth and have developed unique cultures and belief systems that have helped them overcome many challenges.

Milo explains that the test is not simply about physical or intellectual ability but also about spiritual and emotional growth. He tells the leaders that they must encourage their people to focus on personal growth and development rather than simply accumulating wealth or power. He acknowledges that humans have a tendency to focus on material possessions and financial gain, but these things will not help them pass the test.

Milo reminds the leaders that if humanity is accepted into the Intergalactic Federation, there will be no need for money or currency. Resources within the Universe supersede infinity, and all members of the Federation have access to them equally. He explains that the concept of money and greed stems from an underlying philosophy that famine will occur and therefore humans need to stockpile for the bad times. However, in the Federation, resources are shared equitably, and all members have access to what they need.

Furthermore, Milo emphasizes that the test is not a competition between nations or even between the Healers. Each Healer must work together with the others to complete the test, and all nations of Earth must work together to support them. He stresses that the success of one Healer will be a success for all of humanity and that failure of one Healer will be a failure for all.

Milo shares that the Intergalactic Federation has been watching humanity for a long time and has seen the potential for greatness in them. However, the Federation also sees the flaws and challenges that humanity faces. He tells the leaders that the Federation believes in humanity’s ability to overcome these challenges and to become a great civilization worthy of immortality.

Milo encourages the leaders to support the Healers and to remind their people that they are part of a larger community that includes all life in the Universe. He explains that the Federation values all forms of life and seeks to promote harmony and cooperation between all members. 

He tells the leaders that if humanity is accepted into the Federation, they will have the opportunity to explore the Universe and to learn from the experiences of other civilizations.

In closing, Milo reminds the leaders that the test is not just about proving themselves to the Intergalactic Federation but about proving themselves to themselves. He tells them that the test is an opportunity for humanity to grow and to become better than they are today. He encourages them to embrace the challenge and to work together to achieve success.
