Upon the mountain’s steep incline,

A girl did chase a boy so fine
With every step a laugh, a sign

Of youthful love so pure and benign
She followed him to peaks so high,

Where clouds caressed the morning sky
He turned to her with twinkling eyes,

In their hearts in sync, no need to try

Down the mountain roads reversed,

The boy chased the girl as if rehearsed
Through forests thicked by river birds,

Their laughter bubbled unrehearsed
In playful jest they found their way,

Descending hills in light of day
With each step they seemed to say,

They say, in this moment we shall say

Seize the day, seize the day,

In love we play, in love we play
Seize the day, seize the day,

Seize the day, seize the day,
