When a deadly blight spread through the coral fields sustaining Atlantis, Nyssa’s knowledge and empathy united the warring tribes. When the CON appeared as a spectral storm to destroy Atlantis, Nyssa sacrificed herself to ignite the coral bloom, cleansing the waters and driving the CON back into the abyss.
